In simple words, Do follow websites give you Backlinks and No follow website not given Backlinks.

Do follow ofcourse - gives you back links ....

Links are of 2 type.. dofollow is effective while nofollow is not effective but domain authority will increase.. and domain ref will increase in both (dofollow - nofollow)
