I think the design is neat however i would be hesitant to request a quote because (atleast from what i can see) the site doesn't tell you what you charge per hour.

My only suggestion is to simplify the images. Other than that, I think it is a nice design.

Your initial question was about speed (page load time). You can check this with tools like GTmetrix, Google page speed, webpagetest.org and others.
GTmetrix uses two well known metrics: Page speed and Yslow.

Yes, your site looks nice, but it isn't very fast. Using GTmetrix you will get advise on how to improve several elements which determine your page load times.

Logo size should be equal on each page. The font which you used for heading like web development , menu etc. that should be elegant. These kind of fonts used for personal or restaurant website. Not for IT company. Your own website presentation should be unique. In footer kindly remove logo as you already used in header. Only write copywriter text there.
