It took me quite some time but gradually over time, I could get people like my facebook page. Of course, initially it was demotivating at times when I would post regularly, sharing interesting content as well as photographs but without much traction. But I continued doing it and over time, (call it my luck or the perseverance paid off.
Currently my FB page has about 2400 followers. I understand the figure is still not considered considerable enough by most clients but it is still better than double digit followers!
My advice: continue sharing good, helpful content and if possible share the link on your own profile as well or on twitter. Gradually you will find readers and evnetullay followers as well :)
