more than running is walking and walk more than 1 hour. walking just not loose your weight, it also loose the muscles. if you are body builder and just want to loose only weight but not your muscular body so just walk more than 1 hour. It just loose your weight not your body fitting.

ya..as other friends say..walking is the best solution. Also some food gain fat , you have to avoid those. go to a physician for a planned way to loose weight and fit body.
