These above tips might be helpful but I think balanced diet and exercise on daily basis may be more helpful in weight loss as I am following these and I have reduced my weight easily.

To Lose weight do the Following Things:
1. Getup early morning and do Exercises.
2. After Doing Exercises walk atleast 2km per day.
3. Don't Eat Oil Foods.
4. Don't Take Fat Food.
5. Drink More Water.
6. Take Fruit Juices.
7. Eat Food in Proper Timings.
8. Don't Burn the Midnight Oil.

I think Taking the too much pills for weight loss and for being slim is not a better option for burning the body fat. Instead of pills it is good to do exercise & yoga regular basis & takes law calorie diet. Thanks!!

more than running is walking and walk more than 1 hour. walking just not loose your weight, it also loose the muscles. if you are body builder and just want to loose only weight but not your muscular body so just walk more than 1 hour. It just loose your weight not your body fitting.

think about that.
