Start running at a slow pace, just above walking and basically just make sure that each time you run to push yourself a little further - don't just give up, every time you want to give up just go a little bit more. Even if it is a couple of yards.
It will improve drastically if you stick to it. Try and run as often as you can, you will see an improvement in 2 weeks max. |
