I think SEO is better than PPC coz SEO will give you long life and traffic to get business but in PPC if you are investing you will get if you stop it no more business.

PPC and SEO both are best method of promotion.But SEO is simple and most widely used.

If you want instant result then PPC is good, otherwise SEO.
