Many have suggest fruits & vegetables....fully agree. However, don't just eat salads. Cooked vegetables are also good, and in some cases better than raw food, as the process of cooking releases nutrients.

Take less sugary foods, refined-grain products such as white bread, and salty snack food. Take more fresh food and vegetables.
