I prefer stumbleupon because the people and members there are fun loving and loves to visit new sites, which drive traffic much more in consistent manner than digg which getting traffic from it involves more effort by making it to the homepage.

Stumbleupon and Digg both are very good sources for gaining traffic. But We are not allowed to submit homepage URL in Digg.
