1. Getup early morning and do Exercises.
2. After Doing Exercises walk atleast 2km per day.
3. Don't Eat Oil Foods.

I think Taking the too much pills for weight loss and for being slim is not a better option for burning the body fat. Instead of pills it is good to do exercise & yoga regular basis & takes law calorie diet. Thanks!!
