I think Running is good for health. But you have to run for limited and small distances only.

Instead of GYM and Running I usually consider on daily walk in morning and cycling as these are the most healthy and accessible form of physical activity. Also I prefer to take rich and health diet to maintain my health.

Hello guys. As for me, I prefer running. It�s so cool to wake early in the morning and to have running. I feel myself so great after morning running and workout! Also, it�s very healthy for your body and you should not pay!

I usually walk or hike. Running is bad on the knees eventually, hard impact. Walking is better since your not putting hard pressure on the knees with each step. I have since taken up cycling. I like being outdoors and the gym can be boring and lack scenery. I live in California and the weather and scenery is beautiful, so I like to be outside.

i think that what eve you choose you should like it. for me gym is more preferable as there you can easily train all groups of muscles and the spe******t will help you if you have any problems or questions, but tastes differ.

Funny, what is the difference? In gym you can also run, :D Aside from gym I also do some belly dancing.

Interesting fact - there was a study done on people who regularly ran outside vs people who regularly run on treadmills. The people running outside had developed stronger bone density, makes sense I guess; and there were some other findings that I can't seem to recall just now.

I do both. I run for 15 mins a day then a 45 minute workout. Im trying to slim down and gain muscle.

Light gym is better for fitness. Running is the whole body activist and it is highly recommendable for daily fitness activities.

Start running at a slow pace, just above walking and basically just make sure that each time you run to push yourself a little further - don't just give up, every time you want to give up just go a little bit more. Even if it is a couple of yards.
It will improve drastically if you stick to it. Try and run as often as you can, you will see an improvement in 2 weeks max.
