There are various best food for healthy skin is limited. But some foods seem to have a protective effect for the skin. I am consider some skin friendly foods such as following ways..
1)Carrots and other yellow and orange fruits.
2)Tomatoes,Blueberries,Beans, eas and lentils and Nuts.
3)Skinless chicken and fish
4)Choose olive oil for most of your dishes.
5)Keep a clean garli to as many of your dishes as possible.
Many of the best foods for healthy skin also promote good health overall. So rather than focusing on specific foods for healthy skin concentrate on a healthy diet .

Many vegetables and skinless meat are good for our skin. My friends always envy my slippy skin and ask me why.Actually,i dont care about with too much attention and do lots of aesthetic nursing.i like eating fruits,vegetables especially for tomatoes,cucumber,mushroom,etc.about drinks ,i just drink milk and bean milk and eat yogurt.Most important,i must go to bed before 24 o'clock in night.i Hope its useful to you.
