How to find fast PROXY?
 
Tell me how to find reliable and fast proxies.
Because all free ones are very slow.
Does it make sense to buy proxy?
Or is there also low speed and many non-working options?

Free proxies just to test the functionality. These proxies are really very slow and not suitable for commercial purposes.:D

Okay. But can I use such proxies on different devices. Or is there a binding to a specific device?

The proxy package binds to your network. But you can use a proxy on any device within the network. Or change the network through the admin panel.
