Use VPS accounts from scalahosting.com as their servers are well-balanced with high speed, user-friendly SPanel and prices are rock-bottom.

Glad to deal with kvchosting.net SDD VPS and would like to say some words about them. The price and features of their packages are unmatched. Add-on domains, unlimited MySQL databases, phpMyAdmin, Fantastico script library, Joomla, Drupal, the list goes on.

VPS plans from QHoster.com and Brixly.uk are full-featured and inexpensive.
Technical support at them is very quick to get back regarding questions and problems and the team goes into depth to figure out the problem, not just to get me off the line / off chat.

I can't say about prices since I haven't looked at any other hosts, but worth every penny.
