Is traffic come from Free traffic site useful or does Google consider it as SPAM.

Free traffic sites are useful you want to more traffic for free than you can submit your website link in the free directory and free bookmarking site than post forum posting for free thus you can get more and more free traffic and this is useful traffic not spamming.
