My domain has been blocked on Facebook for a year for mass posting on various Facebook groups.

How to unblock my domain, please share?

You'll have to get in touch with Facebook to do that. It isn't usually hard to get a site unblocked, unless you were really spamming with it. If that's the case, you probably won't get it unbanned..
