Is book marking is helpful to increase PR of the site?. How to create quality backlinks form bookmark? I also expect some tips for book marking.

Social bookmarking is not helps to create high quality backlinks structures because the backlinks come in form social media website those are nofollow backlinks. And nofollow backlinks are not helps to get high rank on google.
