you should use social media and set best title and meta keyword

1. good content
2. promote on website, social media
3. post a reaction

if that doesn't work, use a click bait

Try and write at least 200 words of content. Use synonym and one off keywords. For example, if your main keyword is How to Rank YouTube Videos, some one off keywords would be How to rank YouTube videos in Google, how to get videos to show up in search engines, YouTube Marketing, etc. DON'T USE DUPLICATE CONTENT.

Well there is no position program in youtube. com but there is a ranking program which tell a individual before viewing it clip whether it is excellent or not.
