Looking to move to Norway Belgium or Holland or...

I need to move to a great country. I just need to live my life as a normal human been. I'm sick and tired to work for nothing. I just need a job 1500+ Euros/month working as a php programmer beginner, or database engineer, or computer administration, I have High degrees on IT fields. So I need a normal country to work for. My Country sucks.
Any suggestion?
