I can tell seriously that i am very happy to work with 4Goodhosting, VPS specialized web host (since 2002). It happened so that this decent web host has the best Technical support and general support I have experienced. Yes the server uptime is 100% because I have'nt experience any glitch or downtime.

We're based in Montreal too and obviously DC is not that far from Montreal, but it is super far from Vancouver, I would love to do a test from there. Yer your site came up under 3 seconds, albeit it it only weighed slightly over 200k. Do you know a way to test the speed from Vancouver?
