How to check quality basis backlinks ?
 
I want to check the quality backlinks of the site but I don't know how to check quality of backlinks.

As far as I know the quality of link highly depends on the site PR and Domain Rank of the domain from where you are receiving the link.

Once you know from where you are being linked. You can check this from your webmaster as well. You can then install rankchecker tool by SEOMOZ (as a plugin to Mozilla) on the left hand corner you will see a syimbol "i" when you hover your mouse on it it will show site info. Click on it and you will see all possible details of the site and the link.
