Opening and ending tag mismatch Problem

when i visit my site home page i found one error like below

This page contains the following errors:
error on line 27 at column 8: Opening and ending tag mismatch: meta line 0 and head
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

But other page OK.
Others page
Now Where I found this and how to solve.

Please help someone

You may missed out to close the tag... Use Ctrl+{ to find out.
