How can I recover penguin 2.1 update?

hello friends..
My website has been dropped in search engines due to peguin 2.1 update and lost all ranking. Is their any way to bring website traffic back .

Same things as Google suggest to do. Find out the bad links and submit it to disavow link tool and start building good and natural links using link quality guide line of search engine.

- Get rid of unnatural linking
- Remove hidden text/ links
- Avoid keyword stuffing
- Avoid creating malicious webpages/ file
- Remove purposeful duplicate content across multiple pages/ domains
