vps vs semi dedicated hosting?

Can any one share with me the ideas of " what is the difference between vps and semi dedicated server? and which server customer like most?

semi dedicated is shared hosting however hosts do not overload the servers and have fewer sites hosted on the server this will save your budget with some performance added.

It is the same in fact. So if you are looking for quality vps provider check for offers from Zeropid. You will get high stability, useful features and powerful servers.

There are a lot revolutions happening in the web hosting field every day, every seconds. VPS is one of them and consider as the subsequent invention. Because of the expenditure competent and high performance of VPS, it has been more demanding package.

Good point Connie, however, he specifically stated he is selling hosting, therefore, an SDX will not suffice...

Choosing a server is truly based on one's needs and requirements! Most of them will satisfy with Vps packages. But someone has more requirements then it will be better to move on dedicated ones.

Recently I also looked into the options of VPS vs. semi dedicated.
I learned that a lot of VPS solutions tend to be self managed. Those which are managed by the hoster are more expensive.

I ended up with a shared server solution, but one that is specialized in hosting Wordpress. I don't now whether this is an option for others, since it is located in the Netherlands (Savvii). But it is worthwhile to look into similar options.
It slashed my page load times by more than 50%.

Semi conductor is quit good alternative to vps, as semi dedicated server is maintained as a shared hosting. No, doubt that vps is a great option for controlling over your virtual server.
The basic difference between these two is that compared to vps, this will shared between 6 users that will allow you to use more CPU resources.
