Your best option is probably going to be Guest Blogging.

Try using Google to find some... Niche + "Write For Us" or Niche + "Guest Posting"

There's lots of searches like this you can try. Also install some kind of SEO toolbar so you can see which sites have what PR and DA. You'll also want to see if the sites you're thinking about approaching to do guest posts for allow DoFollow backlinks.
