BH are focus on only quantity submission not quality (only submission like robot, no quality)

Black Hat SEO is the use of illegal SEO techniques which leads to the penalization or banning of a website by search engine.

So Avoid it completely.

At Present, There is no single benefit from Black Hat SEO. You should follow Google Webmaster Guidelines for promotion and keep using White Hat SEO Techniques.
