How many article submission sites U submit 1 Article
 

I have a question, i want to know that how many article submission sites you submit 1 article, or you submit 1 article to only 1 site or more than 1. I discuss with other SEO professional and get mix of responses, some say 10-15, some says 1-5 and some 1 only. So which is best for our website.

I think One article should be post in many sites because we want to spread our content.
