Web of Trust rating
 

Hey Everyone,
So I know a lot of ranking websites factor in site safety aspects when giving a rating. Although my site adwhois.com is rated 'safe' from both google and siteadvisor. There is another site called Web of Trust that rating sites factor in. I don't know anyone that uses the web of trust plugin (other than myself now) so it's not surprising that my site is not rated on Web of Trust, yet this appears negative in many rating sites...

I guess my question is how do you go about getting a site rated by Web of Trust users?
This site (siteownersforums) is rated positively (safe) from Web of Trust. I did go to their site and ask for a site review but their site seems dead, and infiltrated by spam... my site still does not have a rating (positive or negative) on Web of Trust...

Any ideas?

Unfortunately, I don't have any advice, but I appreciate your question. I had not heard of the Web of Trust. I'm now going to look into that.

i have the same problem wot give you a negative report and when i register with them you find nobody has voted on your site there is no way to contact them so i have put a link on my site to Webutation.com so people can check my sites reputation they give a more honest evalueation

Getting a ranking for a website is not that much essential, but staying in top position is quite challenging task in this high competition web world. I totally agree with your points.

Unfortunately, I don't have any advice, but I appreciate your question. I had not heard of the Web of Trust. I'm now going to look into that.

i have looked into this site as they give my adult site a bad rep they say a do not have a contact address that is untrue they say i have links to porn sites also untrue i have sent a email to [email protected] it has not bounced yet so hopefully i will get a reply soon
