backlink google index ?

can someone explain me what is backlink google index ? i am making backlinks for my site . i also need to index them into google ? i am little confused i guess. Please explain a little . Thanks

Two ways You can index your page in google one manually and webmaster tool. For manually index google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url?pli=1 use this url
