OK, seriously, when I got on the site everything looked great, until I started to scroll down. It appeared like I was the home page that was made of the combination of several "home pages", because as you scroll down, the page design changes drastically, encountering several to be footers on the way down. It is too deep. Remember people hardly have patience now to wait for a slow loading page or bottomless pages. Suggestion: Reduce content, put drop down menu on top if necessary to for users to pick contents.
