Actually I am using Google webmaster tool for checking website status on Google search engine and Google analytics for checking website daily Traffic. I have also used backlinkwact tool for checking my website as well as competitor website backlinks.

I use Google Webmaster tool to know website existence in search engine, statcounter for traffic information, ahrefs for backlinks checking, SEO quake for checking other seo factors.
