How to prevent duplicate title?
 
In google.com search box, I typed site:myblogname.com and I see the google results shows duplicated titles for [Newer Posts] and [Older Posts] and very near to duplicated titles that is auto generated. See screenshot: trzy.in

You should check Google webmaster tool regarding Google's warning about duplicate title tag. If yes then edit your title and resubmit sitemap.
