please tell me What is Blackhat SEO and Whitehat SEO ? i realy want to know the right way to SEO of any site..

White hat SEO is that in which we follow Google guidelines.
Black hat SEO is not according to Google guidelines, we do that just for get high rank in Google searches.

White hat SEO refers to use of good methods to achieve high search engine rankings. They follow search engine guidelines. Whereas, Black hat SEO refers to improve rankings in ways that are not approved by search engines and involve deception. They don’t follow current search engine guidelines.

Black hat SEO refers to the use of aggressive SEO tactics that do not follow search engines rules. Black Hat SEO methods can get your site banned from Google. White hat SEO tactics include the use of keywords in order to help a search engine find your site.

Black Hat can range from doing things only google says is wrong to doing things the law says is wrong.

I honestly prefer the strategy of Gray Hat, where I stay mostly whitehat but still use some tools not normally used by whiters.

Normally I try to follow Google guidelines for our websites. It is a better way to SEO. It may take some time but no risk involved. Else Black hat will be our heads. :D
