Your site seems very nice but some changes if you like i want to suggest :
1. Minimize load time of site, you have used many images ,due to site take much time .
2. Try to use full navigation bar , this can be more attractive
3. add one image for one topic, you have added more image like for episode 1, episode 2 etc, try to add one on click of that all episode images you can show.

Frankly speaking, your website is very fashion and beautiful. This is one of the best websites I have ever seen 2014.

Something's wrong.. the wordpress post loader is just showing the spinning bar endlessly
You're running 3.8, i'd go to 3.9.1 just for security and load times.
