I have a facebook fanpage and it has 1000+ like. But they are not active. when i post only 20+ seen it. How I increase active member in my fanpage?

it's not necesarilly that. i searched and actually facebook doesn't show to all the users unless they check the "get all notifications" also when you post something on an normal page only people you recently interacted will see it.

We tried posting a facebook ad and was rejected they only allow certain pages. We are retailers of cutlery and didn't fly. Go figure...
