Frustrating
 

Nepal is the second richest country in water resources in the world. However, its people have to spend more than 70 hours in darkness due to excessive load shedding especially in the dry season. What a pity. Until there will be stable government with fully commitment, the load shedding hours do not seem decreased in near future.:no:
