Well, "SFI Strong Future International" First you can start with better type font, and definitely "SFI" should be a logo before "Strong Future International". In other words, it will look like this: (SFI logo) then after that the words "Strong Future International"

Just one suggestion, I think you should add more plugins to the right side of your blog, it looks to simple.
