Why Google changing its algorithm with various version?

They are not changing it they updating or upgrading it and technology gets better so is Google.

It is not a change but rather an update. With the new updates, Google are able to improve and return the most relevant results to its users queries.

Because Google wants itself become better and show users better SERPs....

they are just updating for improvements.
