why many of SEO analyzers don't see <title> on website?

I have started with SEO optimization for website (Chatbot SecondEGO).
And I have an issue - I simply can't find what is wrong with . Some (but not all!!!) of SEO analyzers and SEO programs say that my website doesn't have TITLE and DESCRIPTION.<br /> <br /> It is interesting that all of analyzers see KEYWORD meta tag (which is only one line away ).<br /> Any idea, what can be wrong?</div> </td> </tr> </table> <br /><table class="tborder" cellpadding="6" cellspacing="1" border="0" width="100%"> <tr> <td class="page"> <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="100%"> <tr valign="bottom"> <td style="font-size:14pt">vanaja</td> <td class="smallfont" align="right">09-11-2014 02:15 AM</td> </tr> </table> <hr /> <div>Its all based on how you have changed the code in your website<br /> if you give a title tag in your website it will certainly show Title Tag</div> </td> </tr> </table> <br /> <br /> <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="100%"> <tr valign="top"> <td class="smallfont">All times are GMT -7.
