Although it's a nice site, it take too much time to load.
Why this ??? Your images dont look heavy.
Have to tweak your site or your server.

Looks good but try cleaning up the sidebars on the right.

really clean theme it does take 20 seconds to load maybe you need to configure a little more the w3 cache plugin (okey it seems that external links aren't allowed so just go to tutsplus there's a tutorial on configuring the plugin) and what they have recommended too
