Go for Google ads to get instant leads but for that your budget should be very high.
If you want organic ranking then you can do off page optimization like

Create informative video clips and post on YouTube
Write articles that are of interest and submit them to various websites to publication.

Thanks to all for the reply. But if you are posting here for the purpose of SEO then signature under the post is not a Good SEO technique. Google can penalize you for this. I have seen that all are using anchor text based signature which is not good. Please read Google quality guidelines.

And regarding my question about real estate and finance leads, I have got some good sources i.e searchwire lead generation , RMPROP and house value store . They provide good real estate and property management services.

Start a you tube channel. And share it anywhere you want. Creating a youtube channel not only give you a back link but it will help you driving traffic.

Do a keyword research and find some relevant keywords with high traffic volume and incorporate the keywords in contents.

Just SEO is not enough to increase your leads for business, You also need to focus on other methods like email marketing, Social Media, and PPC. Email marketing and PPC is best to increase your leads.

To get leads you should get organic traffic form good keywords. Keywords should be such that they give both traffic and some conversion too. Try google ads that will be good too.
