Google Penguin 3.0 rolled out on 19th Oct, I have seen huge improvements on my website rankings, How about your website SERP and traffic?

The Penguin 3.0 update hurt local SEO by giving more juice to Yelp listings. I do local SEO for my income tax business

Google Penguin is a punishment to spammers and duplicate content websites. If you do any malpractice then Google kick you out of their index.
