A good content submission,
and Blog commenting etc are the best way to get link building for your site.

Below are my Link building strategy;
1. Social bookmarking
2. Forum posting

My own link building strategy is forum commenting, blog commenting and social networking

Social Media promotion (I use G+, Fb, Twitter, Scoop.it, Reddit and StumbleUpon) and blog commenting.
