Submit your website on Google Webmaster Tools then check whether there is spam or bad links available . If you will get any bad links remove it immediately . It will help to recover your website ranking.

Check if there are bad links by submitting your website in webmaster tool. Remove those links. For website ranking purpose it will help you a lot.

-Add good and proper content to website

Only quality back-links from other website is help to recover rank in Google.
