There are many online work sites available, Some are fake. They just take registration charges and further you get no reply to your mail. So be careful while choosing such company.

What's your expertise areas? If you want to work online you should have some expertise in certain sections e.g. SEO / Graphics Design / Web Programming / Web Designing / Article Writing / Forum Posting, etc.

You can find work from websites like Freelancer, Odesk or Elance. Hope this helps.

Ankita, there are quite a few websites which offer affiliate marketing opportunities.

The most common being:
a) Clickbank, and
b) Amazon

But, there are host of other programs and networks which offer affiliate marketing opportunities.
