Problem in Fetch as Google
 

Yesterday I was submitted my sitemap file in Google webmaster account.After that i have fetch as my all the inner pages of website.Some URL was submitted successfully.But some of URLs were not submitted successfully.It shown like "Temporarily Unreachable".I have tried many times but that particular URLs does not index.How to clear the error that "Temporarily Unreachable" in Fetch as Google?
