It seems to be good, but I think that black&white colours are not exactly what you need.

I agree but as I have not settled on a logo yet I have been holding off on choosing a different color scheme.

The site looks quite nice and clear in its intent.
One thing I have picked up: you have so called "Terms of service" in the bottom menu but you are not offering any service per se. Do you really need this?
