Regular link is one way link submission but reciprocal is not.

A reciprocal link simply means that two websites are linking to each other. Both sites generate traffic for each other simultaneously. A non-reciprocal link refers to a website that links one-way. A good linking strategy is to create as many inbound non-reciprocal links as possible, with some strategically chosen reciprocal links as well.

Regular links are one-way links from blog posting, social networking, article submission, directory submission while reciprocal links are built by exchanging between two parties.

When web sites link to each other, either directly or indirectly through a number of different pages, a search engine might consider those links to be Reciprocal links.

Regular links are one-way links, getting hyperlink from other sites.

Reciprocal links are the links when you submit your link to one site and they require to put up their link on your site. Regular links are one way links only.
