We submit lots of contents such as article, blogs and promote it but I don't understand - What contents spam means?

It means that you have uses duplicate content or the same content is used on many article site.

Copied content or duplicate content used by your domain is considered as web content spam. So it is recommended to write unique content fresh content to update websites.
