Google consider page rank or not ?

I want to know that in this time in SEO Google consider page rank or not ?

google dont consider you a page rank their is specific tool which is used to show the ranking of a particular page.

Google gives ranks to websites by determining its traffic and SEO score.

I think,
Google prefers the page rank of website at crawling time.

is this?

Google ranks websites on some factors which are give below:

1) Keyword usage (Search results)
2) Website structure
3) Website speed
4) Time spent on the website
5) Number of inbound links
6) Quality of inbound links

Google not consider page rank but assign page rank depending on some factors as explained above by david moore.You need to do quality SEO to increase Page Rank.

Google can't update that page rank tool.
